PADI basic freediving course (theory, practical, test and certificate) with the Diving Centre
Intro to underwater dance with Sarah Dobbs
Intro to the Art of Mermaiding with Shells Angel Mermaids
Underwater aerial and routine creation with Aria Art and Movement
Underwater photographs of your experience with Mediaratz
Performance opportunity
* No aerial or underwater experience required

Feb 3 8.30 - 10.30 - PADI Basic Freediving by The Diving Centre @ The Diving Centre Boldon
Feb 10 8 - 9.30am - Intro to underwater movement
Feb 17 8 - 9.30am - Mermaiding with Shells Angel Mermaids
Feb 24 8 - 9.30am - Underwater routine creation on counterweighted hoop
Note there will also be optional aerial and movement sessions you can attend. Let us know if you would like to join and we will offer dates.
